I had a great experience working with Metro Electric in Bonner Springs, KS. They installed covers on electrical junction boxes for me, and the quality of their work was excellent. What really stood out was their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. The building location was extremely difficult to find and wouldn't even pull up correctly on Google Maps, but they took the extra time and effort to track it down without any complaints. Their team was professional, reliable, and clearly committed to getting the job done right. It's rare to find a company that shows that level of persistence and customer service. I highly recommend Metro Electric for anyone needing dependable, high-quality electrical work!

My partner and I are very happy with Metro Electric's service. Asked around for quotes, and decided to go with them for many reasons, from Chris' patience in answering any questions I had, to coordinating with Evergy to verify full scope of work before providing the quote. Ben did an amazing job, installing lighting, clarifying different options of runs, and checking with us our preference. Ben left the areas of work clean - like he was never there. Lisa in the office is patient, kind, and kept us posted on updates. Price was fair given the amount of work, we understood the scope wouldn't change since Chris had already checked with Evergy prior to our quote. If you are looking for a reputable electrical company, I'd recommend Metro Electric.

I couldn't be more pleased with Metro Electric. Scheduler, (Lisa), was cordial and informative in arranging the electrician's service visit. The electrician, (Jared), arrived as scheduled and did a terrific job without delays or wasted time and was equally polite and courteous. Price was fair given the profession and comfort of knowing it was completed by a trained and experienced electrician and would be safe to use. Life savers! I called a couple of electricians before reaching out to Metro. When I called and explained the issue, the kind lady on the other end of the phone gave me a couple of troubleshooting tips. When that did not work, she scheduled a technician for the very next morning. Jake texted about 30 minutes before his arrival. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He figured out the problem and had it resolved in under two hours. I highly recommend them!
